The Youth Co:Lab Summit 2024 by UNDP and Citi Foundation is organized together with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Department of Trade and Industry Philippines (DTI); in partnership with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), CVC Capital Partners, the Commonwealth Secretariat (CWS), EY, The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), the Spark Project, and the Local Government Unit of Quezon City, Philippines.

Hosted for the first time, in the Philippines, it will be held at the ADB Headquarters in Manila from 26 - 28 June 2024.

THEME

The 2024 Summit theme of Inclusive Entrepreneurship will highlight the role and power of young people and their enterprises from different backgrounds, bringing services and products to underserved groups to continue contributing to sustainable and equitable economic development.

The Summit will also emphasize a just transition to a fair and inclusive green economy, addressing the significant impacts of climate change and environmental degradation, such as lower productivity, unemployment, and inequality. It will showcase youth solutions for greener, more resilient, climate-neutral societies that create decent work opportunities for all.

Overall, the Summit will be a space to promote inclusivity in entrepreneurship and support climate solutions and initiatives led by young entrepreneurs with a nexus on leveraging young people’s digital skills and advancing the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), which are essential to the agenda of leaving no one behind.
